At Print Press, our first client — We automated monitoring of 5 email accounts and automatic organization of incoming client files on the server, implemented a NAS storage server for client materials — eliminating hours of manual work every week.
The project continues with the implementation of an AI agent that will handle emails and the company’s WhatsApp, respond on both channels and continuously self-improve, verify files for technical compliance, and generate price quotes based on client orders — a pricing calculator has already been implemented. Next comes automation integration with imposition (placing materials on the sheet) and direct connection to the Fiery server’s hot folder, making the entire workflow from order to print fully automated — from receiving the file to preparing it for press, with no manual intervention.
The entire system will run on a dedicated local server, always active, able to respond to clients and process orders 24/7 — not just during business hours — complete infrastructure for a business that operates intelligently around the clock.
